Bagel Boss bagels are produced on Long Island, New York by 6th generation bagel and bialy bakers, using old world recipes from Bialystok, Poland! Once rolled, they are boiled and baked!

 

Once baked, the bagels are cooled, packed and shipped that same morning. We ship our authentic New York bagels Monday thru Thursday.
